Refunds

Field sports refunds are permitted up to 2 weeks before a program begins. There are no refunds for any field sports program cancellation made within 2 weeks of the program start date unless Armonk Indoor is able to fill the spot.

Tennis refunds are permitted before August 1st. There are no refunds for any tennis program cancellation made after August 1st.

All refunds are subject to an administration fee.

Make-Ups & Postponements

While it is Armonk Indoor's practice to try to accommodate make-ups for inclement weather, sickness, vacation, etc., please understand that they are not guaranteed.

Soccer tournaments may be postponed to a later date in the case of inclement weather. For those that cannot attend the rescheduled date, a credit will be given towards a future tournament.

Closures

Armonk Indoor will communicate facility closures and program suspensions via email. Notices will also be posted on this website's homepage and on Twitter at twitter.com/ArmonkIndoor. Please be sure to provide your email address to be included on the notification list. You can also subscribe to the Twitter feed to automatically receive updates.
