Indoor Lacrosse

Elite Lax (GRADES 1-7)

This exciting clinic helps players excel at one of North America's oldest sports. For younger players, our lacrosse coaches focus on the development of fundamental stick skills, such as cradling, scooping, passing, catching, and shooting. Participants then take these skills into fun game-like situations and scrimmages. Older players enhance their fine motor skills and technical stick handling through dynamic drills. They also develop tactical knowledge and awareness, as well as improve their overall fitness, through fast-paced gameplay.
