Field sports refunds are permitted up to 2 weeks before a program begins. There are no refunds for any field sports program cancellation made within 2 weeks of the program start date unless Armonk Indoor is able to fill the spot.
Tennis refunds are permitted before August 1, 2010. There are no refunds for any tennis program cancellation made after August 1, 2010 unless Armonk Indoor is able to fill the spot.
All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee.
Make-Ups
While it is Armonk Indoor's practice to try to accomodate make-ups for inclement weather, sickness, vacation, etc., please understand that they are not guaranteed.
Closures
Armonk Indoor will communicate all facility closures and program suspensions via email. Notices will also be posted on this website's homepage and on Twitter at twitter.com/ArmonkIndoor. Please be sure to provide your email address to be included on the notification list. You can also subscribe to the Twitter feed to automatically receive updates.
