Speed For Sport (Grades 3-12)

Our indoor fitness program is an essential class for athletes of all sports. Our indoor fitness trainers utilize field drills to improve acceleration, coordination, explosiveness, agility, core strength, balance and injury prevention. Our indoor fitness training classes are grouped according to ability in order to produce a fun and competitive environment.

Fall - September 12-November 3
Winter 1 - November 8-January 20
Winter 2 - January 24-March 31

Grades 3-5 - Monday, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Grades 3-5 - Thursday, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Grades 6-8 - Monday, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Grades 6-8 - Thursday, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Grades 9-12 - Monday, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Grades 9-12 - Thursday, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
